1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.250va.com (the “Site”) and any related services described on the Site, including scheduling a discovery call, submitting an inquiry, or engaging 250VA (“250VA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) for managed virtual assistant staffing services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who We Are

3. The Site is Informational; Services Are Governed by a Separate Agreement
The content on this Site — including descriptions of pricing, service inclusions, timelines, and industries served — is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. It does not itself constitute an offer capable of acceptance, and it does not create a client relationship.
Any actual engagement for virtual assistant staffing services, including scope of work, pricing, term, confidentiality, and data handling obligations (such as HIPAA-related commitments for healthcare clients), will be governed by a separate written services agreement signed by both parties (the “Services Agreement”). If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement controls.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business or organization on whose behalf you are inquiring about or engaging our Services to use this Site or submit information through it.
5. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form, including the discovery call or contact forms;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make it available;
- Use any automated means (bots, scrapers, or similar tools) to access or collect data from the Site without our prior written consent;
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
- Use the Site to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
6. Scheduling Calls and Submitting Inquiries
When you book a discovery call, request a quote, or submit a contact form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. Submitting a request does not guarantee that we will engage with you, offer you Services, or accept you as a client. We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the 250VA name and marks — is owned by or licensed to 250VA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages of the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use in evaluating our Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Site content for any other purpose without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 250VA and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, and it does not affect any liability arising under a separately signed Services Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 250VA and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Site and These Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Collin County or Dallas County, Texas.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
